Radhakrishna (Krish) has been a successful professional and entrepreneur, over a career spanning nearly 30 years. Commencing as software professional, Krish has spent the bulk of his career as an entrepreneur / profit-centre head in leading companies like Fujitsu ICIM, Leading Edge, 3i Infotech, SAS and Aptivaa Consulting Solutions. Krish specialises in building high-performance teams with a small footprint, made up of handpicked individuals. He founded Ajax Software, a builder of integrated risk management system for financial services firms, a company that was later taken over by 3i Infotech. At various stages of his career, Krish has been a pioneer and thought leader. Krish has been involved with most elements of the financial world, and has a network of global contacts. With his vast domain expertise, Krish is ideally suited to lead our IT/ITES M&A practice.

 

Anjali Suresh

 

Anjali is the founder of the group and is a veteran in the financial services business in India, having worked in world class organizations for nearly 16 years before turning entrepreneur. She brings in diverse experience having worked with AF Ferguson &Co (management consultancy), Credit Lyonnais (capital markets), Merrill Lynch (investment banking and retail distribution), SG Securities (institutional sales) and Kothari Pioneer/Templeton (mutual funds). She currently oversees the IPO financing and mutual funds related businesses.

 
Suresh Balasubramaniam
 

Suresh has been in the financial services domain for over 24 years. He started as a business journalist before turning to investment banking in 1987, with a stint in the Lazard affiliated Credit Capital Corporation. He moved on to Credit Lyonnais in 1990, where he set up and ran the investment banking, correspondent banking, project finance and capital markets businesses. He was a member of the risk, credit, personnel, audit and management committees of the Bank. He later joined American Orient Capital Partners (promoted by AIG, UFJ and others), a pan-Asian investment bank as its India Head a position he held until 2004. In 2004, he started Quartet Financial Services, a boutique investment bank, which later operationally merged into Capital Express.
